About the Position You will work with the management and further development of our BizTalk environment, where we currently have around 2000 integrations between business systems, our own applications, and external SaaS services. You and the team keep the integrations running through troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvements. BizTalk is central today, but we are moving gradually toward Azure. The role suits you if you have respect for existing solutions and curiosity about the next step forward. The Integration team is part of Development Factory, SSAB Oxelösund IT's internal development department with about twenty developers. We primarily work with operational systems connected to production (ISA-95 level 3). The tone in the team is open. We help each other with both our successes and challenges. Responsibilities The role also includes technical responsibility for the team's direction. You work closely with a service manager and become the person who helps the team maintain its technical direction. You become a key person in the team with a natural responsibility to drive the work forward by initiating, prioritizing, and guiding efforts. Both the ability and willingness to contribute to working as a team will be decisive for thriving in the role. Your Qualifications We are looking for you with experience in: Microsoft BizTalk Server REST and SOAP You thrive when you get to work broadly across the organization together with many different system and process owners. As a person, you dare to ask rather than guess, and you thrive when work is done together with others. We are looking for you with indirect leadership qualities who naturally becomes the person colleagues choose to turn to for discussing everything big and small. It is a merit if you have experience in or interest in: C#/.NET, SQL, Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management), Azure DevOps/CI/CD, PowerShell, BizTalk migrations, or AI-assisted development. Experience with troubleshooting and incident management in production-adjacent environments is also a plus.
