Now we're looking for summer workers who want to be part of our team in Hemavan! Start as soon as possible and work through mid-August. As a store sales associate with us, you'll actively engage in sales and customer interactions in an environment where the pace can be high and days are varied. You're there for our customers, listen carefully in every interaction, and inspire them to make purchases. An important part of the role is also keeping the store attractive, well-stocked, and inspiring so that every customer gets a really great first impression. We believe you have an interest in sports, outdoor activities, or mountain environments and enjoy meeting people. Experience from retail is a plus, but what's most important is your sense of service and your ability to see opportunities in every customer interaction. You're a positive person who likes taking responsibility, works independently, and contributes to a good atmosphere on the team. With your commitment, you help drive sales forward. To thrive with us, you need to be flexible, solution-oriented, and comfortable working at a fast pace. You like working both with what's visible outward—customer interactions and sales—and what happens behind the scenes to make the store function at its best. Sportringen is one of Sweden's largest sports chains with approximately 150 stores throughout the country.
