As a substitute, your task is to provide the children with a safe and stimulating environment and to support the regular staff in their daily work. Together with the regular staff, you work to create a safe, educational, and enjoyable day with the child's best interests in focus. It is a varied and exciting assignment where you get the opportunity to work with experienced and skilled educators. Together, you support the children in their development and conduct pedagogical work in accordance with the curriculum. The work is flexible and you will work at all of our preschools as needed when regular staff are absent. Working hours vary; it can be a few hours per day, a full day, or a shorter period according to schedule. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is responsible, curious, and creative, flexible, and responsive. Together with other educators, you create opportunities for learning and development for each individual child. To be suitable for a position in the staffing pool, we would like you to have the opportunity to work at least three days per week. If you are flexible, there are great opportunities to work more if you wish. Since several of our preschools are located in outlying areas, you need to have a driver's license and access to a car. We view it very positively if you have pedagogical education and previous experience working with children or in care and support services. If you have a genuine interest in working with children and want to be part of our operations but lack formal education, we encourage you to apply as well! Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Our operations are subject to criminal record checks. This means that if you become relevant for work in preschool or school, you must be able to provide a certificate from the Police's criminal record register. The certificate must apply to employment in preschool, school, after-school programs, and other pedagogical activities. Hultsfred Municipality also conducts background checks prior to all employment.
