Disability services consist of day activities, group homes, social psychiatry, personal assistance, and children's activities. Elderly care consists of our 5 home care teams, specially adapted housing with somatic units, dementia units, short-term accommodation, and day activities. We're looking for someone who wants to work with people in different life situations. The vacation period is between weeks 25-34. A summer job with us means you get valuable work experience and the opportunity to create new contacts. Regardless of which activity you want to work in, you will work close to people who in different ways need support and help in their daily lives. You will support them in becoming as independent as possible in their everyday lives. With us, you will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. When you submit your application, you can choose which area you are interested in working within: • Disability Services As an employee in disability services, you will work with varied tasks, often in everyday situations in the homes of individuals, in day activities, or in supported housing. You will provide support and service based on individual needs, which may include personal care, help with meals, support, and common household tasks such as cleaning and laundry. You will also be involved in motivating and organizing social and cultural activities with and for the individuals. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, night, on-call shifts, and weekends. • Elderly Care Working in elderly care, whether in home care or in specially adapted housing, means you work close to people and help them in their everyday lives. You meet individuals directly in their homes and need to show dignity and respect in being in their living spaces. We work based on individual needs and provide care, support, and service. Our mission is to provide good service by activating, supporting, creating social connection, and providing good care. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, night, and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS To be able to work as a summer substitute with us, you must be at least 18 years old. We're looking for you who are genuinely interested in working with people! You need to be responsible and engaged because the work involves qualified care that meets individual needs. We would like to see that you have education in care and support or children and leisure. As a person, you are calm and reliable, you have good interpersonal skills, and you work well with others. Even if you are currently studying, have experience from care and support, or are interested in working with people, you are welcome to apply. To find the right people, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability and value those who are self-driven, helpful, and enjoy working with people. A driver's license is meritorious and is also a requirement within certain units. Salary form: Hourly wage. Employment type: Summer job/Vacation work. Duration: 3-6 months.
