The Education Administration is responsible for, among other things, preschool, primary school, adapted primary school, secondary school, and adapted secondary school. Description At Liljeskolan F–3, approximately 325 students attend, and around 50 dedicated staff members work here. Responsibilities Liljeskolan F–3 is seeking a dedicated special education teacher specializing in severe language disorders who wants to help develop an accessible and inclusive learning environment for all students. As a special education teacher, you work both directly with students and on organizational development. You are part of the school's student health team and collaborate with educators, guardians, and school leadership to create the best conditions for student learning and development. Your assignment includes working with students with severe language disorders and developing the school's work in language, reading, and writing development. You also contribute special education perspectives to challenges in mathematics instruction and support educators in their work with adaptations, special support, and accessible learning environments. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a certified teacher and have a special education teacher degree, preferably specializing in severe language disorders. It is meritorious if you have experience working with students in need of special support, knowledge of language disorders, language development methods, and alternative communication forms. We would also like to see that you have experience with educational assessments and coaching educators, as well as knowledge of reading, writing, and mathematics development. To succeed in this role, you need a relational approach, good collaboration skills, and strong commitment to student learning. You are development-oriented, solution-focused, and see both the individual's needs and the organization's development.
