About the job As a specialist nursing assistant, you have an important function in the operation where you contribute specialized expertise, support, and guidance to both residents and colleagues. You work closely with other professionals in a team and participate in developing quality, work methods, and care based on each resident's individual needs and circumstances. We are recruiting specialist nursing assistants for both somatic and dementia-focused units. Job Responsibilities The role includes, among other things: • Work person-centered with focus on the resident's needs, participation, and life history. • Contribute specialized knowledge in nursing care and in complex situations. • Guide and support colleagues in daily work. • Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other professionals. • Participate in quality and development work to strengthen the operation. • Create security, structure, and a meaningful everyday life for residents. • Work with documentation and quality registers according to applicable procedures. Qualifications We are looking for you who: • Are trained as a nursing assistant. • Have specialist nursing assistant education of 200 YH credits, with relevant focus within elderly care, dementia, or other equivalent specialization. • Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. • Have good computer skills. Other Information Working hours vary based on the operation's needs. Start date by agreement. Language assessment is conducted for certain professions before employment can be considered. Background checks are conducted for all positions within the social services administration. For HVB operations, an HVB home background check is requested. For other positions within the social services administration, a personal information verification check is requested.
