JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a specialist nurse at Tallåsen, you work independently and flexibly, taking responsibility for planning and carrying out work tasks. You are a support to the unit manager and colleagues and participate in development work that contributes to quality in the operation. You mentor and support colleagues and participate in introducing new employees. On delegation, you perform health and care services and ensure that documentation is carried out according to procedures and legislation. We work based on Lindesberg Municipality's values, which means that work is shaped with the individual's needs and wishes at the center. The work also involves supporting and motivating the individual to achieve independence and participation in everyday life. We offer you an introduction together with experienced colleagues. You always have close support from colleagues when needed. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, weekdays 06:30–15:00. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • are a trained specialist nurse and confident in your professional role with a positive and supportive approach. • are experienced in working with IT systems and have good computer skills. • can communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and collaborate with individuals, relatives, and colleagues. • are flexible and easy to work with. • demonstrate good conduct and are a role model in providing good care and nursing. • advantageous qualifications include specialist competence in geriatrics/elderly care, somatic care, or psychiatry. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. A trial period may be applied. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent.
