Your Role With Us As a specialist nurse with us, you will be offered varied work where you combine nursing care with contributing your specialist knowledge to the organization. The role includes providing nursing interventions and support to clients in their own homes, while working as part of a team with colleagues, registered nurses, and rehabilitation staff. Through supervision and knowledge sharing, you support colleagues and contribute to developing work methods that strengthen the quality of care and support services. You also serve as support to the regular care contact and other staff in planning, implementing, and following up on interventions. As a specialist nurse, you have an important role in developing and improving the quality of the organization by contributing to knowledge development and strengthened competence within the work team. The work also includes administrative tasks such as documentation in patient records, developing implementation plans, and working with risk assessments. The position involves night shift work. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for you who are a trained nurse with specialist education, for example in geriatric health and illness, psychiatry, dementia, palliative care, or acute care nursing. Since communication and documentation are part of your work duties, you need to have experience with documentation and computers, and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Experience with supervision or training of colleagues is a merit, as is experience with quality and development work in an organization. As a person, you are committed, responsible, and have a genuine interest in working in a client-focused manner. You want to contribute to making each day as safe, meaningful, and valuable as possible for our elderly citizens. You can motivate and inspire others and have a professional approach to everyone you meet in your work. Furthermore, you have the ability to independently plan and structure your work.
