About Us The Rehabilitation Clinic operates in both Karlshamn and Karlskrona and provides team-based specialist rehabilitation including pain rehabilitation, cancer rehabilitation, stroke neuro-rehabilitation, general specialist rehabilitation, botox clinic services, and spinal cord injury team. The clinic also operates an inpatient rehabilitation ward in Karlshamn. Person-centered rehabilitation plans are tools we work with. The physician team collaborates and supports each other as needed. We work to maintain a good work environment and sustainable workload. As a physician at the Rehabilitation Clinic, you will meet patients with spinal cord injuries, chronic pain conditions, stroke, brain injuries, amputations, multi-trauma, and other complex conditions. We plan ahead to ensure good staffing and competence in place. Physicians at the Rehabilitation Clinic do not work evenings or weekends, and a good work environment is important to us. About the Job We are seeking a licensed specialist physician for a well-functioning operation. We are looking for someone with an interest/focus in rehabilitation medicine who wants to work with multimodal rehabilitation. In our teams, we work person-centered with occupational therapists, social workers, physicians, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, and nurses. Duties To independently and as part of a multiprofessional team assess and treat patients with chronic pain. Also to deliver lectures to patients, relatives, and students. Write certificates and support physician colleagues as needed. Supervision of resident physicians is included. If you are also interested in other areas within the rehabilitation clinic's operations, there is room to develop. About You We are primarily seeking someone who is a specialist in rehabilitation medicine. If you have good collaboration skills, value multiprofessional teamwork, and have a genuine interest in the subject area, you are welcome to apply even with other specialist competencies. Work location is Karlshamn or Karlskrona. We value collaboration within the physician group at the rehabilitation clinic. The position can to some extent be adapted based on the applicant's interests and specialization. You are a confident and stable person with good collaboration and social skills and a structured work approach. We require flexibility and good communication skills.
