The cardiac unit at Hudiksvall Hospital includes a care ward with 22 cardiology and internal medicine beds, a cardiac outpatient clinic, and a physiology laboratory. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a specialist physician with us, you will work with: • standard ward work with cardiac and medical patients • outpatient work at the cardiac clinic • consultation activities within the hospital and for other departments • review of physiology lab examinations and collaboration with biomedical analysts in the physiology lab • mentoring colleagues and conducting internal training • on-call service in the internal medicine on-call line • placement as a specialist in the emergency department may occur. As a specialist physician, you should: • be a licensed specialist physician in cardiology • have on-call competency in internal medicine and cardiology. For this position, it is a merit if you have experience in mentoring, development work, and conducting internal training.
