We are an established unit with approximately 7,000 registered patients and are now seeking a specialist in general medicine. Our team includes general practitioners, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and psychologists. We are accredited within primary care in Västra Götaland. We are located in a growing area in Stenungsund Municipality and work closely with Närhälsan health centers in Stenungsund and on Tjörn. You will work with clinic visits and digital care consultations in first-line healthcare. We use a team-based approach to provide equal care to all our patients while also striving for continuity. Collaboration between professions at the health center is very important, and we work to ensure that everyone can work at the top of their competence and continuously develop. Asking questions and learning from one another is a large part of our daily work. You and your colleagues form a team with the opportunity to develop the operations. We achieve success together in a stimulating learning environment with open doors and a welcoming climate. The role also includes supervising ST and AT physicians as well as medical students; it is an important part of our mission to educate tomorrow's healthcare professionals. We offer you varied work with good opportunities for development, for example through continuous training of ten days per year. About You You are a licensed physician and hold specialist training in general medicine with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. We are seeking someone who can work independently yet wants to participate in the development of our operations and sees the value in continuously improving our working methods. You will meet many different patients, so it is important that you are attentive and have a good demeanor. You thrive in teamwork and for you it is self-evident to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in the work.
