About the Position Would you like to help develop the best primary care of the future together with us at Näsets Läkargrupp? We are now seeking a specialist in general medicine for a permanent position at 100%, though the level of employment is open to discussion. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people and primary care. You will be part of a pleasant, open, and professional team where we work together to develop and advance the practice. As a specialist physician in general medicine at Näsets Läkargrupp, you are offered an independent position where you have the opportunity to influence your work. The work is varied with scheduled and acute patient visits, collaboration with home care, municipal special care facilities, and child health services. We also have trainee physicians, medical students, residents in various stages, and specialists continuously, so it is a plus if you have training/experience in supervision. You are responsible for providing your patients with the best care and treatment together with your colleagues, as well as providing medical support to other healthcare staff at the health center. We also offer you interesting and exciting work close to the general public with many contact points where your expertise will be utilized and stimulated. Your Profile We are looking for someone with Swedish medical licensure and specialization in general medicine with previous experience working in primary care. Since you will work in constant dialogue with patients, family members, colleagues, and other organizations, it is a requirement that you have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, at the level of Swedish C1. Given that we have many elderly patients, it is of great importance that you are clear in your communication. You hold a valid B-class driver's license. As a person, you are confident, have good teamwork abilities, are efficient, and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You have good judgment and enjoy teamwork. We would appreciate it if you have experience supervising trainee physicians and other professionals at the health center. You are unpretentious, flexible, and communicate clearly.
