You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those living with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging. As a nursing assistant/care aide, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist who work closely together. About Villa Kristineberg The residence opened in March 2026 and consists of 60 apartments distributed over three floors with a focus on dementia and somatic care. Each unit has a shared kitchen and pleasant spaces for socializing and meals. We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enhance the lives of our residents. You will have a group manager who spends most of their time working close to you in the operation. Becoming a group manager is also a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. We work with animals in care and regularly have visits from therapy dogs. Your Experience and Knowledge We believe that you who apply to us: - are drawn to work that is varied and requires extensive knowledge of care but also a talent for meeting people in different situations. - are a creative person who dares to think independently and take responsibility. - enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues. We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant/care aide or have equivalent experience working in elderly care. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
