We are now recruiting temporary staff at Berglunda HVB, both to cover current needs and for the summer season. Berglunda is a residential care facility in Eksjö that serves adults aged 20 and older with various mental health conditions and substance use issues or addiction. About Berglunda HVB At Berglunda and Kompassen, approximately 30 staff members (all employment types) have extensive experience and knowledge in working with our client group. We have good teamwork between departments and collaborate across our three different units. Our client group is interesting and educational to work with, and we learn new things every day through our interactions with our clients. You will have a manager nearby who works part of their time in the facility. This could also be a future career opportunity for you. Your experience and knowledge We believe you: • Are drawn to varied work that requires substantial knowledge of care and highly enjoy meeting people in different situations. • Are a creative person who dares to think independently and take responsibility. • Enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues. We would prefer if you are a trained nursing assistant or currently studying to become a treatment pedagogue, ideally with experience in psychiatry and substance abuse. Computer proficiency and documentation experience are also valuable. Good Swedish language skills, both written and spoken, are required, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and help you grow.
