We are now recruiting substitutes for our special residential facilities, home care services, and activities within support services and social psychiatry. Our approach is supportive and rehabilitative, with a focus on utilizing the individual's resources and abilities. We offer summer positions where you work according to schedules covering day, evening, weekend, and/or night shifts. There is the opportunity to start working during spring as we have an ongoing need for hourly substitutes throughout the year. You will have the opportunity to work at multiple workplaces and within different activities, which provides varied and developmental work. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating good encounters, wants to contribute to security, and has a genuine interest in people. Job Duties We are seeking summer substitutes for the following areas: Home Care and Special Residential Facilities – Elderly Care You work both independently and together with colleagues. The work involves supporting care recipients in their daily life through personal care, help with hygiene, medication, meals, social interaction, and activities. The work is always based on the individual's needs and circumstances. We are seeking nursing assistants/care assistants for: Lintjärn elderly residence, which is our care and dementia facility in Forshaga, and Ullerudsgården, which is our corresponding facility in Deje. Home care services in Forshaga and Deje. Support Services and Social Psychiatry Here you work as a personal assistant and habilitation assistant. You provide support to people with various functional variations to enable as independent and meaningful a life as possible. The work takes place in close collaboration with the individual and may be located in group and service housing, in the individual's home, at day activities, or in short-term services. The activities are located in both Forshaga and Deje. We are seeking habilitation assistants/personal assistants for: Residential facilities according to LSS Social psychiatry housing Day activities Personal assistance to care recipients with decisions according to LSS Short-term stays for children and young people with disabilities Qualifications We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in working with people and who contributes with commitment to a secure and well-functioning daily life for our care recipients. You are responsible, able to make your own decisions, and have good collaboration skills. You work attentively, professionally, and with respectful conduct. It is an advantage if you have relevant education, for example from a nursing program, a child and leisure program, or pedagogical education, but it is not required. Experience from similar work is an advantage. A driver's license is an advantage. You are calm, attentive, and service-oriented with a desire to help others. Communication is an important part of the work, and therefore you need to master the Swedish language in speech and writing. You must have passing grades in Swedish equivalent to ninth grade. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. For employment in certain parts of support services, we request an extract from the National Police Board's criminal record register.
