We are now looking for committed summer substitutes and hourly substitutes for our wonderful teams in Ljusdal and surrounding areas. About the Tasks As a personal assistant, you will support our clients in their daily living. The tasks are varied and are entirely based on the clients' individual needs and life situations. You work in the client's own home and in connection with various activities. The role includes, among other things: - Support with personal care and hygiene. - Household tasks such as cooking, baking, and cleaning. - Practical help with home and garden maintenance. - Accompanying clients on recreational activities and walks. - Handling and care of pets that may be in the homes. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is responsible, self-confident, and has a genuine interest in working with people. Previous experience in care, healthcare, or personal assistance is highly desirable. To thrive in this role, we see that you: - Are attentive, positive, and have good collaboration skills. - Are organized but flexible for changing circumstances. - Have the ability to create a safe and pleasant environment around the client. - Have a B driver's license (a requirement for most of our positions). Working Hours and Scope We are looking for staff for varying working hours throughout the week. The schedule can include day shifts, evening shifts, and 24-hour shifts with sleeping on-call duty. The positions are for summer work during the period June–August, with good opportunities for continued hourly employment in the fall. We warmly welcome your application!
