Description Ahead of summer, we are seeking people interested in working full-time or part-time, for the entire summer or parts of it, at the municipality's special residential facilities and short-term housing. We have a need for summer substitutes between weeks 25-32, possibly longer. Orientation will take place before the substitute position starts. Recruitment is ongoing through this posting. We will also hold an open house on April 21 at Folketshus, Lilla Galejan from 2-5 PM where the different departments will be present to provide information and answer questions. Job Duties We are seeking substitute staff for our special residential facilities: Sjögläntan Humlegården Here is some information about the position: As staff at a special residential facility, your tasks include assisting residents in daily life with social interaction and activities, help with personal hygiene, meal preparation, cleaning/laundry, documentation, medication management, and other delegated tasks from the nurse. There will be the opportunity to work the entire summer or part of the summer. We offer work during day/evening, night, and weekends. Qualifications We are seeking someone with care training or alternatively experience from care work or other experience that the employer deems meritorious. You must be 18 years of age and speak Swedish at a level that allows you to communicate with residents and colleagues and to document what the operations require. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. For the role to be a good fit, we see that you are social, attentive, able to work independently and in a team. You should keep the client's needs at the center and have a professional approach to residents, family members, and colleagues. Other Information Work is scheduled for day/evening/night and weekends. To the interview, bring identification, references, and if needed, work permit. Criminal Record Check To work in close contact with residents and patients, you must submit a certificate from the police's criminal record register. You should request the certificate yourself from the National Police Board using the form "Certificate from the Criminal Record Register" in the form archive on the police website.
