We at Norlandia Elderly Care are looking for you who are a nursing assistant or care aide and want to work full-time/part-time during all or part of summer 2026 at Sannagården and/or Vidhöge elderly care facilities in Tvååker and Veddige respectively in Varberg. As a nursing assistant/care aide, you are a valuable key player who contributes to our residents having a safe and meaningful life in their senior years. We always start from the resident's wishes and own abilities and focus on what is healthy. As a nursing assistant/care aide, you are responsible for providing dignified and good care and nursing based on the elderly person's individual needs. Common work tasks can for example include helping residents with hygiene, cleaning, medications, activities, etc. Cooking also occurs, so if you enjoy that it is a plus. You will get to participate in everything from educational care moments to enjoyable activities with the residents. A very exciting job simply! About Sannagården and Vidhöge Elderly Care Facilities Sannagården is located in Tvååker and has 30 apartments distributed across four units, of which three are somatic and one is for people with dementia. You get your salary and free work shifts directly on your mobile As a summer substitute with us, you get access to Cappy – a smart app that gives you an overview of your working hours and salary. In the app you can for example see worked hours, earned salary, preliminary salary payment, information about available work shifts and how much you can earn on an extra shift. With Cappy there is also the option to withdraw part of your earned salary for extra shifts/hourly shifts directly after the shift is completed. Who are we looking for? We are looking for you with a big heart and a willingness to go the extra mile for the elderly so they get a touch of gold in their everyday life. We would like to see that you are flexible, enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of service. And that you cooperate easily with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive when needed. We are primarily looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant or care aide. It is meritorious if you have previous experience in elderly care. It is a requirement to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We would like to see that you have good computer skills and system knowledge. Other Information Employment type: Summer substitute position Scope: Full-time, part-time or hourly employment Start date: June, July and August 2026 We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews take place on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
