We are now seeking a summer substitute at Magnusgården in Lödöse to replace regular staff during the summer, weeks 26-33. About Magnusgården The group home Magnusgården is a residential facility that, under the LSS act, serves older individuals with diagnoses within the autism spectrum or intellectual disabilities. A local center is located near the residence, and local transportation via train or bus makes commuting possible. The target group today consists of a mix of older individuals with different needs. What do we do? At Nytida, you will meet people who have different needs for support and care. It involves supporting children, young people, and adults with disabilities or psychosocial challenges. Together we cook, clean, go on outings, exercise, have conversations, and much more. We are seeking someone who wants to get to know, understand, and be part of another person's life. Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who apply to us: - are drawn to work that is varied and requires great knowledge of care and support, and you very much enjoy meeting people in different situations. - are a creative person who dares to think independently and take responsibility. - enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues. We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant, although this is not a requirement, and that you have worked several years in care professions. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also assets. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
