About Hedens Omvårdnadscenter Hedens Omvårdnadscenter is a staffed residential facility and special housing (under the Social Services Act) for people with psychiatric diagnoses. We have 56 beds divided among six units: Heden, Hedbacken, Hedgården, Solheden, Björkheden, and Solrosen. About the role As a residential support worker, you base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life using a pedagogical approach. Working together with other staff, you aim to make each day meaningful and rewarding. You support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to encourage and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Work hours are scheduled for daytime, evenings, weekends, and night shifts (awake nights). You'll have a group manager nearby in the facility. This could also be a future career opportunity for you. We'd like to see that you're a trained nursing assistant. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also merits. Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing are required, but otherwise your CV isn't the most important thing.
