I'm a teenage boy turning 21 soon who lives with my family in Tollarp. My challenges are autism, a severe hearing impairment, vision loss (blind), and diabetes. This means I have a great need for your assistance as my assistant. A person who can always stand by my side and someone I can feel safe with! I love listening to stories and using my imagination with you. My favorites are Thomas the Tank Engine, My Little Pony, Star Wars, and Minions. As a person, you need to be able to read, understand, and speak Swedish fluently without difficulty. I love when we immerse ourselves together in different story worlds, where you sometimes take on different characters and let imagination flow! You're welcome to create and make up your own stories - I listen and let myself drift away as much as I can! To work with me, you need to be calm and responsible. But also keep your childlike spirit! We'd like to see that you are a safe and stable person who is flexible and has a good ability to take initiative on your own. The work requires great patience with curiosity and a willingness to constantly learn new things! We are now looking for a summer substitute who can work between weeks 24-27 and 29-33 at approximately 80%. Introduction will be planned together with you the weeks before. Work shifts are scheduled during both daytime and evening, nights, and weekends. (active time at night) Some days during the week we work with double staffing.
