Description Are you interested in summer work within care and welfare in Storfors Municipality? We offer a varied job where you help people with their daily care needs. Storfors Municipality is a smoke-free workplace. We need summer substitutes for weeks 25-32, possibly longer. Introduction will take place before the assignment begins. Recruitment is ongoing through this posting. We will also have an open house on April 21 at Folketshus, little galley at 2-5 PM where various departments will be present to provide information and answer questions. You will have the opportunity to apply for summer work on-site. Please bring a current police clearance certificate, CV, cover letter, and references to the meeting and interview. Welcome to us! Job Duties As home care staff, your tasks include supporting daily activities with social interaction, assistance with personal hygiene, cleaning, documentation, medication handling, and delegated tasks from nursing staff. Qualifications Care education or alternatively experience in care work or other relevant experience that the employer deems qualifying. Driver's license is required. Basic computer skills. You must be at least 18 years old and be able to read and document, as well as have the ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in Swedish. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. For the position, we see that you are social, attentive, able to work independently and in a team. You must have the client's needs at the center and maintain professional conduct toward clients, relatives, and colleagues. Other Information Work is scheduled for day/evening shifts and weekends. For the interview, please bring identification, references, and if necessary, work permit. Background Check To work in direct contact with clients and patients, you must provide a police clearance certificate from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register. You must request the certificate yourself from the Swedish Police Authority using the form "Extract from the criminal record register" from the form archive on the police website.
