What We're Looking For: We are seeking positive, communicative, and organized environmental workers (C-license drivers) based in Östersund. We consider it a merit if you have previous experience with waste collection. We want you to be service-oriented, systematic, and thorough. You are good at thinking logistically and planning, and you can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The position is full-time, 40h/week. Job Description: As an environmental worker at Lundstam's in Östersund, you take great personal responsibility and work both independently and together with your colleagues to meet our customers' various waste management and recycling needs. Your assignment includes performing collection assignments with compactor trucks for our customers in the field, or retrieving flatbeds and containers with side-loaders/lift-dumpers. We are looking for someone who is positive and has high social competence. You are unpretentious and find it easy to collaborate with your colleagues at Lundstam's and also find it easy to represent Lundstam's to our customers in various contexts. Job Duties: - Perform collection assignments. - Perform various service assignments. Qualifications: - C-license and YKB, ADR - Good at building long-term customer relationships. - Unpretentious with high social competence. - Customer-focused with high service level. - Good at collaborating with others. - IT skills. - Good analytical ability. - Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
