JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking several dedicated and thoughtful nursing assistants/care assistants for our assisted living facilities located in Lenhovda, Åseda, and Älghult during the summer. With us, you have the opportunity to create security and quality of life for our residents through professional, warm, and individually adapted care. As an employee in an assisted living facility, you work closely with the residents and provide support and care based on their individual needs. Your work tasks may include: • Personal care • Medically delegated tasks • Assistance with meals and daily activities • Social stimulation and security-creating measures • Documentation in activity systems The work involves you actively participating in developing a good care and care environment for the residents. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in elderly care where you treat people with respect, warmth, and professionalism. You find it easy to collaborate but can also work independently. Since documentation is an important part of the work, good computer skills and strong knowledge of the Swedish language are required. Previous experience and/or training in the field is a merit. The vacation period is June, July, and August. We prioritize applicants who can work both vacation periods (weeks 26-29 and weeks 30-33). A mandatory orientation will take place before the summer temporary position begins. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Salary form: Hourly wage. Employment type: Summer job/Holiday work. Duration: 11 days - 3 months. Working hours: Our facilities operate around the clock, every day of the week, so you may work day, evening, weekend, or night shifts. If you become a candidate for employment, the employer will request an extract from the criminal record register. The Municipal Board has made a decision that all new employees must present a criminal record extract before employment. The extract that must be presented is the extract for work in school or preschool.
