We are currently looking for you to join our wonderful team this summer and work as a personal assistant in Västerås and surrounding areas! What does the job as a personal assistant involve? As a personal assistant, you work with a person who has a functional variation. You help with everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as getting dressed, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a real difference and help another person's daily life function. We have clients of different ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is located, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day so that a person can live their life as they wish is what we believe is the world's most important job. Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who are committed, respectful, and attentive. We prefer someone who has great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for. We would like you to: have a genuine interest in helping others. be able to understand and communicate in Swedish. be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekends. Some of our positions also require the ability to work nights. have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement). be at least 18 years old. Other Information Employment form: Summer temporary position Scope: Full-time, part-time, or hourly employment Start date: June, July, and August 2026 We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
