We are currently looking for you to join our wonderful team this summer and work as a personal assistant in Falkenberg and surrounding areas! What does the job as a personal assistant involve? As a personal assistant, you work with a person who has a functional variation. There you help with the things in everyday life that many take for granted, such as getting dressed, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help another person's daily life function. We have clients of different ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is located and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to enable a person to live their life as they wish is what we believe is the world's most important job. Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who are engaged, respectful, and attentive. We would like to see that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for. We would like it if you: have a genuine interest in helping others. can understand and make yourself understood in Swedish. can work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekends. Some of our positions also require you to be able to work nights. have experience in care and welfare. (This is a plus, but not a requirement). have turned 18 years old Other information Employment form: Summer temporary position Scope: Full-time, part-time, or hourly employment Start date: June, July, and August 2026 We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements.
