We are now looking for a field operator for a limited-time full-time position starting immediately. About the Position As a field operator, you work close to production and play a vital role in ensuring that processes run safely and efficiently. The role is varied and combines practical work in the facility with monitoring and tracking of production. You will, among other things: Conduct rounds and supervision of the facility Monitor and control the production process Take samples and perform simple laboratory tests Ensure that production flows according to plan Troubleshoot and report any operational disruptions Perform cleaning and preventive maintenance Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment Work is conducted in shifts according to schedule, and you will be part of a team where collaboration and responsibility are central. Period and Scope Start: Immediately Scope: Full-time Time period: Through the end of October Work hours: Shift work according to schedule This is a limited-time position where you will replace regular staff, which means that time off during the period is limited. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who is driven, takes responsibility, and thrives in an industrial environment where a lot happens. It is a merit if you have: Experience from industry, production, or process work Technical understanding and interest in production Industrial education or ongoing relevant education You are thorough, collaborate well with others, and are comfortable with both practical and structured work.
