We're looking for motivated summer workers who want to work in care and support for the elderly – either at a residential facility or through home care services. What does the job involve? In elder care, you help individuals who need support in their daily lives. You contribute to a safe, active, and meaningful existence for those we support, and your tasks can include, for example, help with personal care, meals, or getting to activities. You will also perform health and nursing duties according to instructions and delegation. We document in the digital record system Lifecare. You can work with elderly people at a residential facility or in their homes. Who are we looking for? We're primarily looking for you who are trained nursing assistants or care assistants. We also welcome you who have previously worked with us or are just curious about trying work in healthcare. To provide our care recipients with a good and meaningful daily life, we're looking for someone who has: Good communication skills and a positive view of people. Is curious, caring, and wants to make a difference. A B-category driving license (if you want to work in home care). It's an advantage if you have experience from similar work, but the most important thing is that you're engaged and want to help create a meaningful daily life for others. Information We're looking for summer workers for weeks 25–33, and we'd love for you to be able to work the entire vacation period. Work shifts can be scheduled for day, evening, weekend, or night.
