About the Position We are now looking for flexible machine operators for our client in Värnamo. Are you meticulous, technically interested, and enjoy working in a team? Then I encourage you to apply. In your role as a machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines according to our established production schedule. This means ensuring that production runs smoothly according to plan, and that each step is carried out with precision and care. You will play an important role in maintaining product quality by following established routines for quality control and reporting any deviations. Working Hours: Rotating evenings and days Desired Start Date: Week 27 Your Profile Requirements/Preferences: • Solution-oriented • Technically interested with preferably some experience from industry or production • Comfortable in a collaborative and structured work environment • Forklift certification is a plus As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and have good teamwork skills since the work takes place at our clients' sites.
