With us, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with individuals in disability services and elderly care, and contribute to their sense of security, community, and quality of life in their daily lives. Previous summer substitutes describe the work as developmental, social, and meaningful – with great colleagues, clear routines, and positive interactions with people. Haven't tried working in care before? Give it a try! A summer goes by quickly, but the experience and knowledge you gain can stay with you for a long time. Here's what we offer: • Customized training and onboarding to help you feel confident in your role • Wellness allowance (2,500 kr) and access to the benefits portal Epassi • Varied work where you build relationships and make a concrete difference alongside dedicated colleagues WORK DUTIES In both elderly care and disability services, we provide support and services to people who need help with their daily lives across various locations in the municipality. To thrive with us, the most important thing is that you have a respectful approach and enjoy working with people. Our facilities are located throughout several parts of the municipality, and work tasks are adapted to each individual's needs. We're simply there where the people we help need us. Work tasks are adapted to each individual's needs and may include: • support with personal care • help with household tasks and daily chores • planning activities and social interaction • support with medication, mobility assistance, and exercise • certain health and medical care tasks performed under nurse delegation. Necessary training will be provided during onboarding. With us, you'll gain valuable experience and have the opportunity to develop in work that involves direct contact with people. QUALIFICATIONS • Basic Swedish language skills in speaking and writing (language test may be required) • Basic computer skills • B-category driver's license is a merit and required for certain positions Personal qualities: We're looking for someone who is responsible, relationship-oriented, and flexible. You keep to schedules, communicate clearly, collaborate well with others, and thrive in a varied work environment where you can quickly adapt to new situations.
