We need assistants for our clients in Torsby, Sunne & Stöllet. We are a company with a big heart and extensive experience in personal assistance. About the Position As a personal assistant, you will support/help a person with daily life based on their individual needs, interests, and wishes. Work tasks vary but may include: Personal care Assistance with mobility Training and communication Household chores Social activities You work closely with the client and should help create safety, independence, and quality of life. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is dedicated and responsible. It's an advantage if you have previous healthcare experience, but it's not a requirement. Great importance is placed on personal suitability and compatibility with the current client. Working Hours and Employment Level Summer temporary position with the possibility to begin onboarding immediately and start work as a substitute before summer. Working hours vary (day, evening, night & weekends) You must specify in your application when and how you can work Start Date We would like you to be able to start training now and begin work as a substitute. This creates security for both you as an assistant and our client heading into summer. The summer temporary positions start week 24. Requirements for Working as an Assistant You must be at least 18 years old and be able to present a valid ID and the right to work in Sweden. A criminal record certificate (belastningsregistret) is required. As an employee at Good Assistance in Värmland, you must be able to provide a register excerpt and suspicion register.
