We are looking for you to work as a summer/hourly substitute within home care, care homes, group homes, and personal assistance. 100 position(s). WORK TASKS As a summer/hourly substitute, you replace regular staff and are booked as needed, for example during sick leave, childcare, and vacation. In your work, you provide support, care, and assistance to people who need it to manage their daily lives according to their individual needs. The work may include: • Provide personal care and support in daily life • Help with transfers, meals, and hygiene • Social interaction and reassurance work We offer: • Meaningful and varied work • Introduction and support in your assignment • Valuable experience, whether you see yourself in a care-related profession or another field in the future • Opportunity to work as needed throughout the year As a summer/hourly substitute, you need to be able to work varying hours, daytime and evenings, as well as weekends. In certain operations, you also need to be able to work nights. Work hours are adapted to the organization's needs. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you to be: • Flexible, responsible, and have good interpersonal skills • Service-oriented and attentive to others' wishes and needs • Have good collaboration skills but are also comfortable working independently • Listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively • Master the Swedish language in speech and writing • Have good computer skills It is an advantage if you have education at upper secondary level in Care and Service Programs or Child and Leisure Programs with a focus on social work, or previous experience in care work. A driver's license is required within certain units. We place great emphasis on your personal suitability. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 3-6 months.
