We offer our temporary staff up to 1000kr in wage supplements per week worked during the summer. The supplement is calculated proportionally based on hours worked per week. If you work for 8 weeks, you can earn up to 8000kr in supplements! The supplement is paid out after your temporary assignment ends. Job Responsibilities: As a nursing assistant/care aide/personal assistant, you are a valuable key player who contributes to our residents/users having a safe and meaningful life. We always start from the resident's/user's own will and abilities and focus on what is healthy. As a nursing assistant/care aide, you are responsible for providing dignified and quality care based on the elderly person's/user's individual needs. Common tasks may include assistance with daily care, medication administration, documentation, support with activities, meal service, and cleaning in the resident's/user's apartment. You will have the opportunity to participate in everything from educational care tasks to enjoyable activities with the residents. It's an exciting job, really. Required Qualifications: Nursing assistant, care aide, or personal assistant. You should be flexible, have initiative, good teamwork skills, and be interested in working with elderly people. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Duration/Working Hours: We are seeking temporary staff for June, July, and August. Start date by agreement. Salary: According to applicable collective agreement.
