Now we're looking for two committed retail sales associates who want to rock a summer hourly position with us! As a retail sales associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our store to customers, and for you, the customer is always number one. You're passionate about providing great service every day. In your role as a retail sales associate, you'll work on a variety of tasks that are part of our daily store operations. This includes tasks such as: • Unpacking all goods and ensuring shelves are well-stocked • Ensuring freshness and expiration dates on products • Keeping the store clean and fresh • Serving customers at the checkout • And of course, you'll contribute, together with your colleagues, that little extra to give our customers the best store experience! We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and moves forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done, and you're driven to work results-oriented and contribute to the store's success. • We see it as a positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry • You're flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward change • You're 18 years or older and speak Swedish fluently, both spoken and written You'll work in an environment characterized by our core values: performance, respect, trust, down-to-earth attitude, and community.
