Summer Job: Facilities Assistant

Lantmännen Maskin imports and sells agricultural machinery, spare parts, and workshop services. We have around 700 employees and operate throughout Sweden. We are now looking for a Facilities Assistant for a summer position at our facility in Tomelilla. The summer job starts immediately and runs until August 14. What you will be doing As a facilities assistant, you will have a varied day-to-day role where you support the facility in several areas. In the shop and spare parts department, you will work with picking goods, unloading incoming shipments, inventory management, and helping customers at the shop and checkout. You will also be an important support for the workshop, where you contribute to organization and structure by organizing tools, cleaning, and ensuring that machinery and equipment are washed and maintained in good condition. The role also includes basic facility maintenance, such as mowing grass and keeping areas clean and tidy. In addition to these tasks, there are other work assignments that are a natural part of daily operations at the facility. What you need to succeed and thrive You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for the position. You have: Experience or a clear interest in agriculture and/or construction Very good command of Swedish, both verbally and in writing A forklift license is a merit You are: A team player who is also independent and takes responsibility Someone who enjoys varied work Organized, service-oriented, and proactive in taking initiative What we offer you At Lantmännen, you become part of something larger.
