Your Qualities We are looking for you if you: • Have a good understanding of autism and experience working with or near people with neurodevelopmental variations. • Are creative, open-minded, and enjoy thinking outside the box. • Are active and like when many things happen. • Have an ease for creating structure, but also appreciate pace and energy in your work. • Are attentive, patient, and can adapt to the individual's needs. • Are comfortable working independently but also closely with one person. Requirements: • Driver's license category B • Previous experience working in disability services, school, assistance, or similar is a merit but not required if you have the right personality and commitment. • Not afraid of dogs • It is a merit if you can speak Bosnian About the Position The role involves supporting a person with daily activities, social interaction, and activities that create joy, structure, and security. Work takes place during daytime hours and is arranged to promote a stable and active daily life. • Work days: primarily weekdays • Hours: adjusted somewhat to fit the right person This is a position that suits you if you want to work part-time and value working hours that allow for balance in life.
