We are gradually taking steps toward a calm environment that prioritizes quality. The position is located outside Kolsva. In our team, you will be an important support in a home where clarity, attentiveness, presence, and respect form the foundation of everything we do. The young woman has cerebral palsy, ADHD, and autism. You should have experience with structured communication methods, be calm and stable, curious about people, and interested in different ways of communicating. With a low-arousal approach and sensitivity, you can simplify and guide when situations require it. The home has both a dog and a cat, so it's important that you are comfortable with animals and enjoy an environment where they are a natural part of daily life. We work with AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) and external supervision is available, as well as a close manager on-site. You work independently, but you are also an important part of a closely collaborative team. You always have support to rely on from both your manager and the client coordinator. We offer supervision and training based on the team's needs, and quality is an ongoing effort built on trust, networks, and confidence. We are looking for someone ready to commit, with a genuine interest in behavior, who wants to develop and grow in this role. We are looking for you who Have experience with autism and ADHD Have worked with low-arousal approaches Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Have a driver's license and access to a car to get to and from work Are curious, engaged, and want to develop together with the team Enjoy an environment with a dog and cat Working Hours Approximately 25 hours/week: 8–15 Wednesday, 8–19 Friday, and one overnight shift every other weekend.
