In addition, we offer process supervision and flexibility regarding workplace, offering remote work according to the municipality's current agreement. Child and Family Services consists of work groups for children and youth, family law, economic assistance, harmful substance use and addiction, and administration. The organization also includes a personal advocate and case worker. The unit is relatively small, and all work groups work closely together. On-call duties and longer business trips occur, with compensation according to current agreements. Time off following on-call duty is paid by the employer. With current staffing, this means you receive 7 extra days off per year. The task of investigating children and young people is our most complex assignment within Child and Family Services. We apply individual salary setting based on market-driven wages and based on the difficulty level of the assignment. This means we guarantee you a significantly higher salary than what normally occurs for similar assignments based on your experience and competence. Salary range from 43,000 SEK for newly trained professionals and considerably more for those with experience. We want to work with you and are prepared to pay a competitive salary that stands out. Work Area and Responsibilities As a social worker for children and youth at Arvidsjaur Municipality, your work will be crucial in strengthening and protecting our young citizens. Your primary responsibilities will include investigating and assessing children and young people's need for support, planning and implementing interventions, and collaborating with other professionals and authorities to ensure children's well-being. Qualifications and Competence You who are applying have: A degree in social work or other relevant higher education that the employer deems equivalent. Good knowledge of legislation and guidelines within social work. You have good proficiency in Swedish and find it easy to express yourself clearly and structurally in speech and writing. You find it easy to build relationships, are flexible, cooperative, and have good communication skills.
