The Care and Social Services Department is responsible for the municipality's elderly care, disability services, home healthcare, and food services. The Care and Social Services Department has over 1,000 employees. The largest group consists of care personnel such as nursing assistants, personal assistants, nurses, and cooks. However, there are many other professions within our operations. We are all key personnel, and our activities are characterized by committed, responsible, and competent employees. Do you want to help make everyday life a bit safer, more hopeful, and more understandable for people struggling with mental health issues and other functional variations? At our stairwell housing within social psychiatry, you will have the opportunity to combine relationship-building work with structure, quality, and long-term perspective.
