Nässjö Municipality is in an exciting development phase, and we are now looking for a dedicated carpenter for the Technical Services Department. WORK TASKS As a carpenter at Nässjö Municipality, you will have varied and independent work where no two days are the same. You work closely with our operations and have an important role in creating and maintaining well-functioning premises. The assignment includes planning, coordinating, and performing various types of building services. Your work tasks will consist of: • Building service and maintenance • Minor renovations and adaptations in our properties • Measures related to fault reports • Daily contact with municipal operations and tenants • Introduction and mentoring of interns or apprentices when needed QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who thrives in the carpenter role and has upper secondary vocational training in construction, or equivalent knowledge and experience acquired through work life. To succeed in the role, you need to have a valid professional certificate and a Class B driver's license. You feel confident using Swedish in both speech and writing, as the work involves close cooperation with our operations and daily communication. It is advantageous if you have: experience in building services or similar service-oriented work experience working independently in varying environments We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Start date according to agreement.
