We are now looking for new colleagues to join our renovation team! About the Job: As a carpenter at Steiner Fastigheter, you will face various work tasks on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who is handy, practical, and flexible with experience in carpentry/renovations or a background in building technology. You can handle stressful situations while remaining thorough and able to make quick decisions. We value your sense of responsibility, reliability, and strong communication skills. We see you as a problem-solver with some experience in plumbing, ventilation, construction, and electrical work. The carpenter role with us involves various types of work such as complete apartment renovations, but you must also be open to other types of tasks. We see it as essential that you are cooperative, responsive, and take responsibility. The day can be hectic, so we value that you enjoy maintaining a fast pace in your work. The position involves some work at other locations, so you should be comfortable working at other locations fully or partially. Main Responsibilities: Apartment renovations Door and window replacement Painting Flooring installation Daily maintenance and upkeep of properties Property inspections Maintenance troubleshooting for customers Repairs, interior and exterior maintenance Planning purchases for upcoming projects Merits: Electrical work Plumbing work A 6-month probationary period applies.
