Örebro Waldorfskola is located in Adolfsberg adjacent to Sommarroparken and is operated by the non-profit Foundation Johannaskolan, which has the mission of promoting Waldorf pedagogy. This also includes Waldorf Preschool Viljan and the after-school program Björken. Waldorf pedagogy has reached its 100th anniversary, and Örebro Waldorfskola has been located on Glomman in Adolfsberg since 1987. Örebro Waldorfskola is a grades F-9 school with 180 students seeking a new school nurse as our current nurse retires. We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse with further education in open healthcare and nursing, pediatric healthcare, or school health nursing. Your main responsibilities as a school nurse include health promotion and disease prevention work, health counseling, documentation, vaccinations, and basic nursing interventions. As a school nurse, you will be part of our student health team, which also includes our special education teacher, school counselor, school physician, and school psychologist, and is led by the principal. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute your specific expertise and knowledge. You have strong Swedish language skills and can express yourself well both verbally and in writing. You have experience with and knowledge of working with digital tools and record systems. At Örebro Waldorfskola, we use ProRenata. Additionally, you have a genuine interest in working with children and young people, are skilled at building relationships and collaboration. You can work independently and prioritize activities efficiently. The position is a permanent part-time role at 50% with a start date in August. A probationary period applies.
