At Forum Fastighetsekonomi, you'll be part of one of Sweden's leading valuation consulting firms specializing in commercial real estate, forestry, and agriculture. We have approximately 50 employees at 14 offices across the country and are now seeking three forest and agricultural property appraisers for our Forest and Agriculture Department in Jönköping, Dalarna, and Västerbotten counties. About the role After an introduction period, you will independently and with your own responsibility work on valuations of forest and agricultural properties. A large portion of the assignments consists of valuations of forest-dominated properties as well as intrusion valuations within both forestry and agricultural land. The work is varied and involves office time, field work, and customer interactions. You'll operate in a dynamic area where law, economics, and forestry converge, serving customers such as banks, government agencies, municipalities, forestry companies, large estates, and private landowners. You'll be part of our Forest and Agriculture team, which currently consists of 12 experienced colleagues with high expertise and strong teamwork. We're looking for someone who Already has some experience in valuation, property consulting, real estate brokerage, or similar work within forestry and agriculture. To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you: Are business-minded, self-driven, and results-oriented Enjoy working both independently and in a team Have good interpersonal skills and a sense of humor Are confident in customer interactions and comfortable taking responsibility Express yourself well in speech and writing Hold a driver's license (category B) Forestry education at university level is required; experience with forest and agricultural valuations and intrusion valuations is meriting.
