Your Responsibilities The role involves responsibility for programming and adjusting machines as well as ensuring a stable and efficient production flow within your production group. The position also includes performing quality checks on manufactured goods, marking after completed operations, and reporting any deviations and improvement suggestions to contribute to the company's continuous development. The position further includes: Preventive maintenance (PM) according to established plans and procedures Handling of waste and chemicals according to applicable guidelines and safety requirements Contributing to resource-efficient production through responsible use of energy and materials Performance of other workshop-related tasks as needed Your Profile We are looking for you who: · Have experience as a CNC operator, preferably within heavy machine shop industry · Can read and interpret drawings and manufacturing documentation · Have good experience programming and setting up CNC machines · Are thorough, self-driven, and responsible · Have an eye for improvements and quality · Master Swedish in speech and writing Application Process This position is a consultant solution where you will be employed by Skill but hired out as a consultant to Motala Verkstad. After 6 months of employment with Skill, there are good chances for a permanent position.
