About the Position We are looking for a dedicated and confident personal assistant for a boy with diagnoses of cerebral palsy and epilepsy. He is wheelchair-dependent and requires 24-hour assistance. You will work scheduled shifts between 08:00–16:00 and 16:00–22:00. During daytime, you will accompany him to school. The position will be filled when we have found the right person, which may happen before the final application deadline. Your application will be processed by staff at Storsjöbydens personliga assistans, together with the client, as well as any family members, guardian, or other relevant parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a criminal record clearance is required. When employed to work with a minor client, training on child perspective is also included. Employment Terms If you proceed in the recruitment process, you will need to verify your identity and prove that you have the right to work in Sweden. In order to sign your employment contract and timesheets, you must have a BankID. To ensure we maintain high quality in our assistance services, new employees will complete a web-based introductory training (approximately 1 hour), preferably before employment starts but no later than one month from the start of employment.
