About the Position As a Damage Technician at Brandt, you'll work with some of the automotive world's most well-known brands such as Volvo, Ford, Polestar, MG, Renault, and Dacia. You are responsible for damage repairs where high precision, thoroughness, and technical skill are essential to ensure high quality in every completed job. Working closely with our Damage Advisors, you plan your work, carry out repairs, and work according to our established processes. Together, we strive to deliver a world-class customer experience—every day. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with strong technical competence and previous experience as a damage technician. You are thorough and organized, with good planning ability and a clear focus on quality and results. As a person, you are responsible, responsive, and clear in your communication so you can understand and meet the needs of both customers and colleagues. You are flexible and can handle changes in planning when needed, and you enjoy collaborating with others to create a positive work environment. Qualifications High school education, preferably with automotive technical training Driver's license category B Good digital skills, experienced in working with computers and phones in daily work Experience with sheet metal work, welding, and surface finishing Meritorious Experience with structural damage repairs Experience with chassis and drivetrain repairs Experience with CABAS and CAB-Plan Experience with our brands Terms The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probationary period.
