What We Offer You We are now seeking temporary nurses for our residential care facilities and home health services. With us, you will have a varied, responsible and meaningful job where you make a real difference in people's lives – every day. You will work in an operation where collaboration and a holistic perspective are central. In both residential care and home health services, you work together with experienced nursing assistants, nursing colleagues and other professionals. The work also involves collaboration with physicians and other stakeholders in municipal health care. Our residential care facilities consist of several units organized in smaller teams to create security and continuity. In home health services, you meet patients in their own homes, which provides independent work with great opportunity to plan and prioritize your efforts. Job Description As a nurse in residential care and home health services, you are responsible for planning, implementing and following up health care interventions based on a person-centered approach. Your work tasks include, among other things: Assessment, planning and follow-up of care interventions Medication management Health care services in residential care facilities and in ordinary housing (home health services) Collaboration with care personnel, physicians and other professionals Documentation in accordance with applicable legislation Guidance and support to care staff Participation in quality and improvement work The work encompasses both planned interventions and acute assessments, which requires good prioritization ability, flexibility and a solution-focused approach. Qualifications Requirements: Licensed nurse Category B driving license Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Ability to work independently and make own decisions Desirable: Experience working in elderly care, residential care facilities or home health services Experience with documentation systems and quality work Specialist training in a relevant area Personal Competencies: For you to thrive in this role, we see that you are quality-conscious and work in a structured manner with a focus on patient safety and good care. You have good judgment and can make well-founded decisions even in situations requiring quick assessments. You are flexible and can adapt to changed conditions in the work.
