We are now recruiting four new colleagues to our team. With us, you work close to patients in their home environment and have great opportunity to plan your workday yourself. We offer a work schedule that provides better balance in everyday life: working every fourth weekend and only seven evenings during an eight-week period. You will receive comprehensive orientation and the opportunity to have a mentor who supports you during your first time. Job Responsibilities As a nurse in our nursing organization, you work independently with patient responsibility within municipal health and medical care. The work includes performing customary nursing tasks within municipal elder care. Work is conducted partly through assignments from the Region. You supervise and support care personnel in medical matters. You collaborate with other professions regarding patient care. You mentor new colleagues and students. You participate in workplace meetings and contribute to the development of the operation. The role may also include responsibility areas and PAS responsibility within one of our special housing facilities. Qualifications • Licensed nurse • Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Driver's license category B It is beneficial if you have: • Experience in home care or municipal health and medical care • Relevant further education • Experience with the business systems Combine and Cosmic-link Personal Qualities We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
