We are seeking nurses for our healthcare unit with assignments in the pool, residential care, or home healthcare. 3 position(s). WORK TASKS Your work will include all duties of a nurse, and through assignment in our pool you will be a resource within both residential care units and home healthcare. In recent years, the municipality's operations have developed to provide more advanced care in patients' homes, which means the work is varied, interesting, stimulating, and challenging, where no two days are the same. Our operations involve continuous change and improvement work, and we want you to be part of developing the future of healthcare for our Kramfors residents. The use of technical solutions is integrated into our work practices and is part of how we meet the needs of our citizens and an important part of our systematic occupational health and safety efforts. We actively work with quality, patient safety, and operational development. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Specialist education or work experience in district care, palliative care, elderly care, geriatrics, or dementia care is a merit. We welcome innovative thinking and see great advantages in you actively contributing to the development of our operations. We place great importance on personal qualities. Your communication skills are important, and therefore you need good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in writing and speaking. We also see that you have good computer skills. Driver's license category B is required. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent, start date: Start date by agreement, end date: 2026-04-30.
