JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nurse with us, you have nursing responsibility and work to meet individuals' needs for health and medical care services. The work involves great independence where you make your own assessments, plan and lead care initiatives in collaboration with other professions. You have an important role in creating security for the patient and contributing to good and safe care. Your work tasks may include the following: • Care and support planning • Medication management • Medical assessments and health and medical care services • Delegation and supervision of care personnel • Collaboration with family members, colleagues, and other professions • Documentation and follow-up according to current guidelines QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you as a licensed nurse, preferably a district nurse or specialist nurse with a focus on the elderly. Experience in municipal health and medical care, home care, or special housing is meritorious but not required. A B-level driver's license is required.
